My name is Yana Khazanovich, I'm a filmmaker and videographer. I am experienced in working collaboratively with a team and also possess the skills to independently create films at each stage of production. In recent years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with art institutions such as Stedelijk museum or art, Sonicacts Biennale, and Gerrit Rietveld Academie. Have in my pocket commercials, documentary films and indie fiction films. I have filmed music videos for bands like Yin Yin and Baby's Berserk , as well as captured works for artists and performers including Anna Imhoff, Alanna Archibald and Question Collective, among others.

"Leak" 2021
The short film follows a woman as she goes to get her nails painted. As you realise that the world around her is flooding, she slowly begins to leak. The film is a symbolic and experimental take on vanity, fluids and climate denial.
